If the brief points elsewhere, these LUME Studios rooms sit just south of Canal Street, a short walk from SoHo. See all LUME Studios rooms.

SoHo runs from Houston Street down to Canal Street, roughly between Crosby Street and Sixth Avenue. Its blocks are lined with cast-iron buildings from the second half of the 1800s, and the SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District protects most of them. The loft floors inside were built for light manufacturing: tall windows, columns, long open rooms.
It is also the busiest shopping neighborhood downtown. Weekend crowds on Broadway and Spring Street are exactly what a public pop-up or a brand launch wants, and exactly what a quiet private dinner does not. Many upper floors are homes, so expect building rules on noise and hours.
SoHo costs more than the blocks around it. Our cast-iron loft is $1,200 an hour with a 10-hour minimum, a $12,000 floor before production. The hotel rooms here (a gallery with its own street entrance, a 107-seat screening room and a greenhouse restaurant) book on food and drink minimums instead. The Tribeca lofts below Canal start at $300 an hour.
SoHo streets are narrow and busy. A space you can load at street level, like the Open Soho Loft, saves hours over a building where every case rides a freight elevator. Ask about it before you sign anywhere.
Spring Street (6, C and E), Prince Street (R and W) and Broadway-Lafayette (B, D, F and M) all sit inside SoHo. Canal Street covers the southern edge.
Arched windows and daylight until evening are why brands shoot and launch in SoHo lofts. A 10-hour booking has room for a daytime content shoot and an evening event in the same day.

Get Matched Free →The Open Soho Loft is $1,200 an hour with a 10-hour minimum, so $12,000 before food, bar and production. Hotel rooms such as the Soho Grand gallery or Crosby Street Hotel book on food and drink minimums, usually from about $12,000 to $20,000 for an evening. We never add a booking fee.
Launches, pop-ups, runway shows, shoots and talks. The Open Soho Loft takes up to 100 guests on 3,500 sq ft of open floor, and the plan takes almost any layout.
Yes. Just south of Canal Street, our Tribeca lofts are $300 an hour for 2,000 sq ft with an 8-hour minimum, and the Immersive Studio is $700 an hour with projection and spatial audio installed. See all Tribeca event spaces.
Yes. The Open Soho Loft has street-level load-in, and the Soho Grand gallery has its own door on the street. Tell us the dates and we’ll look for a storefront for a longer run too.
The screening room at Crosby Street Hotel seats 107 with 4K projection and Dolby Atmos sound, with event rooms on the same floor for a reception after.
