No. You never pay us a booking fee, and the venue rates on this site are the venues’ own rates. Venues and vendors we work with may pay us a referral commission when an event books through us. That is how finding a venue stays free for you.

Tell us about your event on a venue page or through our contact form. We reply within one business day, confirm availability, send the rooms that fit, and set up walkthroughs. When you pick one, we handle the booking with the venue and can line up the rest of your vendors.

It depends on the venue. The spaces we list have minimums from 6 to 10 hours, and every minimum covers load-in, setup, the event and breakdown, not just the hours guests are in the room. Each listing shows its own minimum.

Sometimes. Weekday dates, off-peak months and longer bookings are where venues have the most room. We ask on your behalf.

Yes. We can bring in catering, bar service, DJ and sound, AV and lighting, photo and video, florals and rentals, and coordinate them through the day of the event. See what we handle.

It depends on the venue. Some take any licensed caterer, some have a preferred list, and some cook in-house. Each listing notes its catering policy, and we confirm it for your date before you book.

Bar service is arranged per event with each venue. Tell us your guest count and what you want to pour and we’ll set it up.

For most events, four to eight weeks is enough. For 100+ guests, or for Thursdays through Saturdays in the fall and in December, start two to four months out.

Yes. We set up walkthroughs once you have a shortlist, and we recommend one for any larger event.

We list rooms we can speak for: the photos are real, the rates and minimums are the venue’s own, and the space is actually bookable for events. Venues do not pay to be listed.
