eventspaces.nyc is a New York venue and event planning team. We match you to the right room, line up the vendors, and stay with the event until the last case is out the door.
Most venue sites hand you a list and leave the rest to you. We start with the event: the headcount, the format, the budget and what the night needs to feel like. Then we find rooms that fit and check them against what you are actually planning, from load-in and power to bar service and noise rules.
Once the room is set, we can bring in the rest: catering, bar, DJ and sound, AV, photo and video, florals and rentals. One conversation covers the whole event, and you are not left coordinating ten vendors on your own. See what we handle.
We are the team behind LUME Studios, the five-floor event building at 393 Broadway in Tribeca. We have run more than 1,600 events there over the past decade, from product launches and fashion shows to private dinners, and we know what makes a room work because we operate one every week.
That also means you should know where we stand. LUME is one of the venues on this site, and we will suggest it when it fits. When another room is the better call, we say so and book that one instead.
You never pay us a booking fee, and the venue rates on this site are the venues’ own rates. Venues and vendors we work with may pay us a referral commission when an event books through us. It is how finding a venue stays free for you, and it never decides which rooms we recommend.
