393 Broadway is an original cast-iron building from 1867 on the SoHo and Tribeca border. LUME Studios has run events here for a decade, more than 1,600 of them: product launches, brand activations, fashion shows and private dinners. The building has about 12,400 sq ft across five floors and a basement, connected by an elevator and the original stairwell.
The ground floor is the Immersive Studio, with 360° projection, spatial audio, and a storefront and marquee on Broadway. The Basement Lounge below comes with every Immersive Studio event and adds 18 screens and a private bar. Upstairs, each loft has its own job: receptions and presentations on 2, beauty and wellness on 3, the kitchen and dining room on 4, and a penthouse gallery on 5.
Because the floors stack, one booking can run a whole evening: arrivals and the main event on the ground floor, dinner on the 4th, the afterparty in the basement, and green rooms and holding space on the floors between. LUME also produces events, so projection content, AV, staffing and bar service can come with the room. More on each room at lumestudios.com.
Book one room, a few floors, or the whole building. Guests move between floors without leaving, so a launch, a dinner and an afterparty can all happen at one address.
The Immersive Studio has a 10-hour minimum and the lofts 8 hours. That covers load-in, setup, the event and breakdown, not just the hours guests are in the room.
393 Broadway is just south of Canal Street. The Canal Street station (N, Q, R, W, J, Z and 6) and Franklin Street on the 1 are a short walk, and the Immersive Studio loads in at street level on Broadway.
Send us the date, headcount and the flow of the night. We’ll map it across the building and send back what the full day costs.
Get Matched Free →Six, in one building: the Immersive Studio on the ground floor, the Basement Lounge below it, and four lofts above. The Greenhouse Loft (2nd floor) takes receptions and presentations, the Antique Cast Iron Loft (3rd) suits beauty and wellness events, the Private Dining Loft (4th) has the commercial kitchen, and the Penthouse Gallery Loft (5th) is on top. The Basement Lounge books together with the Immersive Studio.
The Immersive Studio holds 200 standing or 120 seated, and up to 250 standing together with the Basement Lounge. The lofts hold 65 to 100 standing each. For bigger groups, ask us about using several floors.
The Immersive Studio is $700 an hour with a 10-hour minimum, so $7,000. The lofts are $300 an hour with an 8-hour minimum, so $2,400. We never add a booking fee.
