The 4th floor at LUME Studios, a cast-iron loft with exposed brick built around a full commercial kitchen: two oven ranges, two vent hoods, a commercial dishwasher, an ice machine and a commercial fridge and freezer. Your chef cooks on site and courses come out hot.
Seats 35 for dinner and holds 65 for a standing reception. A 4K display with Apple TV makes it work for executive dinners and client presentations too. Bring your own chef or caterer; the kitchen is available as an add-on for dinners that cook on site.
