The main floor of LUME Studios at 393 Broadway, and the room LUME is known for. Projection runs 360° across the walls and floor, so the whole room works as one screen. A 17-speaker JBL spatial audio system, full-color Astera lighting and modular walls are already installed, and the storefront opens straight onto Broadway with a marquee you can put your name on.
Every event booking includes the Basement Lounge directly below: 1,000 sq ft with 18 customizable screens, lounge seating and a private bar, connected by an internal stairwell. Together the two floors hold up to 250 standing. The main floor alone holds 200 standing or 120 seated.
The walls and floor run your visuals, so the room itself carries the brand.
