About Antique Cast Iron Loft

The 3rd floor at LUME Studios: exposed brick, hardwood floors, gallery-ready walls and natural light. A calm, editorial room that has hosted openings, beauty launches and shoots for years.

It is laid out for hands-on events, with treatment and demo stations, tables and seating, and a kitchenette for catering and refreshments. Beauty launches, press days and pop-ups all fit. Holds 100 standing or 60 seated.

8-hour minimum at $300/hr, so $2,400 before food, bar and production. The minimum covers load-in, setup, the event and breakdown, not just the hours guests are in the room. Bar service arranged per event. External caterers welcome.
