Two large penthouse floors plus one of the biggest private roof decks downtown, all run by a single in-house catering team.
Tribeca Rooftop sits at the top of a brick building at the western edge of Tribeca, with a glass atrium, loft walls and open views of the skyline and the Hudson. Tribeca 360 is a second event floor in the same building with its own entrance, and the smaller Hudson Room rounds out the set.
The main floor and its 18,000 sq ft roof deck hold up to about 700 standing guests or 450 seated. Because the rooms are separate, two events can run the same night without crossing paths. Food, drink and service all come from the house team, so planning runs through one contact.
A roof deck and a full-service kitchen make it a natural fit for company-wide December parties.
