A full production building in Tribeca with column-free studios, a roof and loading docks, used every season for fashion week.
Spring Studios is a former industrial building on the edge of Tribeca, now a set of clean white studios with large windows, a gallery, a restaurant and a 7,500 sq ft roof. The studios run from about 2,000 to 4,750 sq ft each and pair up into rooms over 8,000 sq ft.
Events range from small dinners to full-building buyouts for up to 2,500 guests, with about 650 seated in the largest setups. The building has freight elevators and loading docks, in-house equipment, and content capture and branding services. Outside caterers are allowed.
