A glass-walled room on a Hudson River pier with its own AV system, so a 900-guest reception or a staged summit gets sunset views without building anything.
The Lighthouse sits at the end of Pier 61 in the Chelsea Piers complex, run by the same team as Pier Sixty next door. The main room is lined with tall glass doors on the river side, hardwood floors run throughout, and an all-season terrace wraps the west end facing New Jersey and the harbor.
The space totals about 10,768 sq ft and splits into Barnegat, Montauk and Navesink, which open into one main room of 4,911 sq ft, plus the Saugerties room, the terrace and a small gallery. It holds up to 900 for a reception, 500 theater style or 400 for a seated dinner. Built-in sound, laser projectors and motorized screens mean a summit or awards program can run on the house system.

Hosts nonprofit galas with river views and a terrace for the cocktail hour.
