Midtown Loft & Terrace sits on Fifth Avenue in NoMad. The loft is a bright 5,000 sq ft room with oak floors, and the 4,400 sq ft terrace has a retractable roof and an enclosure so it works in any season.

The loft holds up to 300 guests and the venue seats about 180. The house has speakers and a microphone, and its in-house production company rents AV, staging, lighting and furniture. Layouts change easily between a presentation, a panel and a cocktail reception.
