230 Fifth is a rooftop bar and event venue on the upper floors of a Broadway building in NoMad. The Rooftop Garden is all decking, planters and umbrellas, with the Empire State Building a few blocks north. Indoor and outdoor space totals about 33,000 sq ft. Below it, the enclosed Fifth Avenue Empire Penthouse and Penthouse Lounge have window walls and city views.
The venue takes private groups from 15 to 1,200, from a single room to a full buyout. Room-by-room capacities come from the venue's floor plans on request. The house team handles catering, bars and AV, and indoor rooms carry the event when weather or the season rules out the roof.
