A rooftop room built in the shape of a New York water tower and wrapped in glass, which gives a small launch or VIP reception a setting guests have not seen before, with the Manhattan skyline on every side.
The Water Tower sits on the roof of Arlo Williamsburg, the Wythe Avenue hotel formerly known as The Williamsburg Hotel. Built in the shape of a classic city water tower, it is a round room wrapped in tall steel-framed windows, hung with clusters of glass globe pendants and trailing plants. Through the glass, the view runs across the East River to Midtown and the Empire State Building.
The room is about 960 sq ft and holds up to 70 guests for a reception or about 25 seated. It has a private bar and a counter along the curved wall, and the hotel can furnish it to suit the event. Elevator access makes load-in simple, and food and drink come from the hotel.
