The glass dome on top of the old Domino Sugar refinery, a one-off room with the Manhattan skyline on every side that fashion houses have already used for runway shows.
The Refinery at Domino is the landmarked 19th-century sugar refinery on the Williamsburg waterfront, now an office building capped by a new glass-domed penthouse. Skylight, a venue operator, runs events on the top floors. The event room is 7,500 sq ft with 30 ft ceilings and views of the Manhattan skyline, the East River and the Williamsburg Bridge.
The room is rented as a full buyout and seats up to 200 for dinner. It can be paired with a 27,500 sq ft gallery floor below for larger programs. Skylight expanded its lease in 2026 to 13,600 sq ft across the 14th and 15th floors.
Hermès staged its menswear runway show here as the room's first event.
