The largest open-air rooftop in the set, with the power and freight to build a concert-scale show over the East River.
The Rooftop at Pier 17 is a 1.5-acre deck five stories up, on a pier that runs about 300 ft into the East River. Guests look straight at the Brooklyn Bridge and the downtown skyline, and the roof can be enclosed for winter.
The rooftop holds up to 3,500 standing and about 2,266 seated. Level 4 below adds 35,000 sq ft for up to 1,800 standing, and Level 2 offers 6,100 sq ft for smaller groups. With 2,200 amps of power and a 15,000 lb freight elevator, large sets and stages load in without workarounds.
