One of the few rooms near the city that takes 3,000 guests in raw industrial space, with your own caterer and room for a full production build.
Knockdown Center fills a 50,000 sq ft former glass and door factory in Maspeth, in use for more than a century. The 20,000 sq ft Main Space keeps its original beams and worn surfaces, and The Ruins out back is a 19,000 sq ft concrete patio built around old boiler structures.
The complex runs as a concert and arts venue and rents its spaces for private events. The Main Space holds about 3,100 standing, The Ruins up to 1,550, and smaller halls like the Gallery, Texas and the Annex take side programs or green rooms.
Raw halls and an outdoor patio can take a full scenic build.
