The upstairs of a landmarked Greco-Roman bank: a 4,000 sq ft floor for up to 150 guests, with the building's address and character at a fraction of the main hall's price.
This is the seventh floor of a landmarked 1924 Beaux-Arts savings bank in Chinatown, the domed building at the foot of the Manhattan Bridge. It is a 4,000 sq ft floor that holds up to 150 guests and books on its own, separate from the grand banking hall downstairs.
It suits activations, launches, dinners and team offsites that want a landmark setting without filling a 450-person hall. The building reopened in 2026 as a contemporary arts space. Bring your own caterer and production, or let us put the team together.

A smaller activation with a landmark address and a building people want to see inside.
