A finished nightlife room, not a raw space you have to build. Gold line-drawn faces run the length of the wall behind curved velvet banquettes, lit from below so the whole room glows amber. Cast-iron columns and a pressed-tin ceiling put it in a real Flatiron building.
The bar is stocked and staffed, the DJ booth is built in with house sound, and the floor opens up for dancing. Holds 150 standing or 80 seated across the banquettes and cocktail tables. Turn up with a playlist and a guest list. 6-hour minimum, no booking fee.
