Why we built this

Finding a venue in New York City shouldn't require paying a 15–20% booking fee on top of an already expensive rental. We built eventspaces.nyc as a free resource, a curated guide to the city's best spaces with no middleman markup.

Every venue in our directory has been personally vetted. We check the photos are real, the pricing is accurate, and the space is actually bookable. No spam, no pay-to-play listings.

How it works

Browse our curated directory and filter by neighborhood, venue type, or event type. When you find a space you like, submit an inquiry through our contact form. Our concierge team will reach out within 24 hours to confirm availability, answer questions, and connect you directly with the venue.

We never charge a booking fee. Not a service fee, not a convenience fee, not a platform fee. Zero.

Who we are

We're a small team based in New York City with deep roots in the event and creative production world. We've thrown events, scouted locations, and dealt with the pain of broken venue websites and surprise fees firsthand. This site is the resource we always wished existed.
